What this site collects
Plain version: the order form collects only what Holy Crumb needs to bake your order and get it to you. There is no tracking on this site.
What you send when you order
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your preferred contact method, and your email address if you choose Email
- The pickup, delivery or arrange-a-time option you selected
- A delivery address, only if you chose delivery
- Your payment preference (Cash or Email Transfer)
- Your item selections and the estimated total
- Anything you type into the notes field, including allergy information if you add it
Why it is needed
To confirm what is available, work out the final total, arrange your handoff, and contact you about the order. This is an order request. Holy Crumb will confirm availability, final total, and fulfillment details.
Who handles it
Order requests are submitted through this site’s host, Netlify, which stores the submission and notifies Holy Crumb. Holy Crumb reads and replies to it. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.
If you use the original Google order form instead, that submission is handled by Google Forms under Google’s terms.
Payment
No card details are collected anywhere on this site — there is no online payment. Payment is cash or email transfer after Holy Crumb confirms your order. An e-transfer you send goes through your own bank, not through this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts.
The order builder keeps your item selections in your browser’s session storage so a reload or a step backwards does not lose your basket. That data stays on your device, is cleared when you close the tab, and never includes your name, phone number, email, address or notes.
How long it is kept
Holy Crumb has not set a published retention period, so this page will not state one. If you would like your order details removed, ask and it will be handled directly — see below.
